The 2019 Anna’s Rosé is a light, crisp wine driven by fruit aromatics. On the nose, the primary fruit groups are those of citrus and stone fruits. Peach, watermelon, and lime are three fruits that are well expressed. These fruit qualities are primary aromatics from the grapes and yeast, captured by a slow and cool fermentation.
The Rosé is bright on the pallet, with a moderate acidity. This acidity is further enhanced as the wine did not go through malolactic fermentation. The clean fruit and refreshment of the wine make it easily enjoyable.
