This vintage of White Oak contains rich aromas of apricot and baked apples. A very interesting note of roasted macadamia nuts is also present. The acids are very well balanced and mellow. Wispy tones of lemon and white pepper round out the finish. Expect this wine to age gracefully for 3-4 years in ideal cellar conditions. Enjoy with a meat focused curry, manchego, or with wood-fired pizza.
